It certainly was a cold day in Japan when I recorded, mixed and produced “Noise Bikini.”

I was listening to a lot of the Osaka artist, Nesin’s material at the time of this recording
and probably topping it all off with a nice dose of Corrupted. Fans of Nesin or Corrupted

Johnny Unicorn is currently on the road with the Lansing based band “Head and Toe.” Unicorn will be joining them from August 20th to the 31st adding his own flavor on the organ and banjo. If you are currently in the Midwest or East Coast, you should check out a live show and introduce yourself to the prolific Johnny Unicorn. A project that I have been involved with for some years now, “The Special Dental Team” will release a 5 song EP this year on a yet to be announced record label. The EP will feature five of the best pieces from our 2003 trilogy (“Vacations and Other Vacations,” “The Indeterminacy of Existence” and “Career Ender”).

We have some labels in mind, but are open to working with DIY/independent labels looking to promote unsolicited artists (preferably labels with an attention to artistic detail and diversity).
